Adding that something extra!
We’ve seen a few invites in our time. With the internet being so amazing these days, its hard not to find a fab Invitation. But hey, we wanted to add that tiny thing to make them a “wow” factor! Gold Foil! Firstly, we designed the Invite in photoshop & had them printed with a company which used a laser printer (350GSM). This printer uses toner which reacts with Gold Foil. So make sure toner is used, not ink!
Next, we cut a piece of gold foil (found at any crafty stores!) to match the wording size. Lay the foil on top, with the gold facing upward.
Place another sheet of paper on top & put through a hot laminator.
Try & pop it through at least two times per sheet, then peel back the foil & there you go! Can be difficult with the smaller & thin lines but it works in the end! Take your time & have fun – these look super stunning afterwards + people have said how crazy expensive they look too! When they were just made at home (Yay!)
